Instead of traditional presentations, participants create the agenda together in the morning. The goals are real conversations, shared learnings, practical insights and honest discussions on the same level. Whether you are a designer, CX professional, product owner, developer, business leader or simply passionate about experience:
👉 Bring your ideas, questions or challenges or just join and learn.
👋 First time at a barcamp?
Don't worry! Newcomers are welcome. A barcamp is an "unconference" where you decide what happens. There are no pre-scheduled presentations—topics are proposed by attendees on the morning of the event, and everyone is responsible for their own experience. Attend, contribute, and if a session isn't valuable to you, feel free to switch to a different one. Learn more about what a barcamp is and the barcamp rules.
Food & Drinks
All food and drinks during the event are included in your ticket. We will provide breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks, and refreshments throughout the day. Our catering is 100% vegan and vegetarian, organic and locally sourced (with a few exceptions like coffee). If you have specific dietary requirements, intolerances, or other needs, please let us know in advance.
Accessibility & Inclusion
We are committed to organizing an event that is accessible and as inclusive as possible. We are working to fulfill as many recommendations as possible from the Zero Project Conference Accessibility Guidelines (opens in new window). If you have specific accessibility needs or questions, please contact us in advance.
Read our full Accessibility Statement for detailed information about venue accessibility, accommodations, and how to request support.
